  • The folks who wrote glowing reviews of Robert Wesley Jewelwers must be connected to the Wesley family. That can be the only reason for all the 5 stars. I visited the store to ask a question regarding my Rolex and also was looking for a new Rolex for my wife. I guess because I was dressed casually and had not shaved I didn't fit the profile of a potential Rolex buyer and was treated accordingly. The young lady who waited on me was arrogant and condescending. She couldn't even answer the basic questions making me think she was there only to keep the "riff raff" (non-Scottsdale clientele) out. There is no way this establishment is welcoming. Don't take my word for it -- visit the store casually dressed, wearing non-designer clothing and jewelry and see how your treated.
