  • This gym is a hot mess. None of the recreational coaches are properly trained and have no ability to create good customer service. Most are not safety certified or CPR certified. Coaches are illegally paid in order to pay less than the legal minimum wage. They usually show up right as the class is about to begin, and leave as soon as the class is done. The facility itself is not up to health codes. You will often find that the front desk is left empty, with a computer full of personal records that can easily be accessed. I no longer trust that my kids will be happy, healthy and safe in this facility after witnessing how this gymnastics is run. Poor management. I will soon be putting in a complaint to the state health department.
