Aye. What happened here? The Palms used to be a happening place. Although a little off the strip but location doesn't matter to me, but the overall atmosphere was rough.
I find out Stations bought them and you can tell it wasn't ran like before. The service was ok when I got my players card and I got to play a free game. They don't have poker and the blackjack tables were packed and didn't have enough open during the day. I didn't even get to play a hand of anything.
To get to the pool you have to walk forever! It felt like I was in an airport. If you have been you know how I fee. Then you get to it and it is severely disappointing. Absolutely nothing special about being here. The casino just looked like it needed a facelift.
I did not stay in the rooms here but I'm not sure I want to it this was my first impression coming back after a few years. I think there are better places to stay and go to. Wonder where the Palms will be in a few years. We shall see.
