rev:text	I accidently hired this guy after he had been recommended in error by a friend. I didn't look at reviews because I thought I had a good recommendation. I asked the "trainer" that came out if he had worked for another dog trainer that had been in the recommendation and the "trainer" didn't answer. Clearly this would have been a great indicator that I hired the wrong person if he had answer that he had not worked for them. I wanted to have two dogs move in together in the same house hold and wanted them professional introduced to see if the dogs were a good match. At the "free" consultation that is on his website and he stated it on the phone, only he wanted $27.00 for gas for his free consultation. The "trainer" now says the first consultation was not free. I agreed to pay him $1750.00 for introduction and training and paid him up front as he asked. The second time he came out he just dictated a shopping list to us of many items to purchase including a treadmill. When he came out for the 3rd time she showed us how to walk a dog on a leash in a circle in the house. That week I learned of my mistake in hiring him, he wasn't who I thought he was and he certainly wasn't working toward a goal of introducing our dogs. I wrote the business telling them that I wanted a refund as we hadn't done anything yet but he could keep $200 which was more than fair for his time that he did nothing that we could use. The trainer said call me. I didn't want to call him as I wanted no he said she said. The woman that was wanting her dog introduced to mine called him and of course the trainer was rude, told her to shut up and told her for me to call him. I refuse to call him as he has been rude while in the home dictating us and not showing us any dog training skills whatsoever. His people skills need some sharpening. I am not asking for a refund for services rendered. I am only asking to respect our cancellation and refund for services that he did not do.
