I have rented from this location lots of times and this was my worst experience yet. Although I have rented from here numerous times, I still have to give the same information over and over again because for some reason their computer systems are incapable of creating an account that houses information. I rented a car for a week. In the past when Ive rented a car and went over the days for the rental agreement, Enterprise would take the daily rate out of the $100 deposit. This time they decided to change their policy without notification and charge my debit the card the daily rate. I got the run around and had been told about 2-3 different reasons why on one phone call. The lack of knowledge about their own policies from the employees to the Manager was very disappointing. Even after I dropped off the vehicle over night, the policy they advised me of wasn't even done when charging me the difference. They took the difference out the deposit anyway for the extra day. They have no clue about what they are doing and I'm highly disappointed. I'll be looking for a new rental car company.
