I walked in at 1:00 to get my son's hair cut. There wasn't anyone in the shop except one old lady waiting in a solon chair. After a few minutes an employee poked her head out of a break room near the back. She said someone would be with us in a little while. Nothing in this lady's demeanor was welcoming. I guess everyone was off to lunch. No big deal. After a few minutes an employee came in from lunch. No hello, welcome. Also nothing inviting about her personality. Then she walked back to the break room without a word. We left.
A word of advice: if you work in the service industry, pretend you appreciate perspective clients. That's who pays your bills.
