I was lucky enough not to contract tuberculosis when I visited the restaurant. The receptionist coughed repeatedly on her hand and she grabbed menus and tableware with the same. I guess nobody has ever taught her to cough on the sleeve instead: healthier and more professional. The personnel that cleans wipes the food that remains on the table directly to the carpet. Then, somebody else picks up the crap from the carpet.
The receptionist sat us in a booth that was way too low for the table (at least 2/3 of a foot). Basically, we found ourselves reaching up to eat the meal. Choose a table if you need. The place was semi-deserted. Before we got our food, it took quite a while. I got the $9.99 special with a 4oz steak, 4 tempura shrimps and steamed vegetables (the one advertised in the street). The price was tempting but I found out that the food was mediocre.
I suggest to all of you to find another place if you want to eat in Las Vegas. This restaurant earns 1 star because it's pretty sloppy overall. Most of all, it can be seriously unhealthy. Get your shots on time if you decide to visit Kady's Coffee Shop. Lastly, do me favor, slap the receptionist if you can (maybe she'll get it).
