I was thoroughly UNDERWHELMED by their customer service. The girl who greeted me was pleasant, but didn't seem to know a whole lot about what she was doing. Didn't introduce herself, ask for my name, give me a card, or anything to make me want to return. Didn't ask if I was already married, or getting married. Didn't seem to care.
Took her 15 minutes to tell me it would cost $140 dollars to size my ring down... seriously? That's definitely high. She did however steam my ring and make it sparkle, because whomever was in the back giving the estimate asked her to clean it before they would give the price...
I asked some other questions about custom engraving. She told me what I wanted could be done but it can get "pricey". I'm sure she may just need more or better training.
In the end, I doubt I will ever be back. And now those radio commercials claiming amazing service are going to irritate me even more.
