We specifally told Jeremy that we had no interest in but one vehicle and that if that vehicle was in the closing stages with another prospective buyer we did not want to drive out to meet with him. He insisted it was available, so we went out to meet with him. 20 minutes later we arrived and were handed off to another rep who had no background on what we were looking (no sign of Jeremy). Well, you guessed it, our new rep told us the vehicle had sold, "but we have have similar models we can show" he told us; classic bait and switch tactic. I feel that both Pinnacle Nissan and more importantly, Jeremy, are what give good dealerships and decent car salesmen a bad name. We will never again set foot inside of Pinnacle Nissan, amd I urge you to use caution when working with Jeremy.
