  • Drove up for an oil change and they said they recommend an appt since it's a 2 hour wait. Made an appt for the next day. Got there. Told us 60 min wait. After 75 mins said 15 more mins. After 90 mins said soon. Stood outside and had to skip the free car wash since it ended up taking 2 hours 15 mins. With an appt. what a bummer. Would recommend the service department learn to honestly communicate with customers.
