Went here with my mom and sister to redeem living social deals we picked up. Overall, I think the experience was OK. I had a very nice nail tech who did not speak a lot of English but did seem friendly when I asked a couple of questions in the name of some kind of conversation starter. The lady assisting my mom was very vocal (in Vietnamese) so I have no idea what she was saying but it did not seem very nice. The woman assisting my sister was very pushy and I know my sister did not approve as she is a nail aficionado and knows good service when she gets it. Once my mom's pedicure was over, they just told her to get up and she walked to the waiting area on her own; nobody even offered for her to sit under the heaters for a bit to make sure her nails were dry. In any case, my sister and I also got our nails done after the pedicures and the (quick) service was just mediocre. Also, even though we had an appointment and arrived on time, our services were completed just before they closed and instead of letting us get some drying time in, every employee proceeded to get their things and stand waiting until one finally shoved us out the door so they could leave. I am sure after a long day of painting others' nails, I would want to leave on time too, but a couple of minutes would not have hurt them. I have had the misfortune of ruining one too many nails after a manicure and I was trying to avoid that but this place is not very accommodating. In any case, I MAY come back here in a pinch although I doubt it. There's just something missing.
