  • I have been a patient here since they opened and have only had positive experiences. My doctor is attentive, compassionate and knowledgeable. I've personally never had issues with rude admin staff in the time I've been a patient here. The most I have ever waited at an appointment was 10 minutes. I'm always amazed at how well organized they are. I'm also able to see my doctor quickly, typically that day if needed or a few days after my initial call if it isn't urgent. I am also able to communicate with my doctor via a secure online system for questions I have, she typically responds within 24 hours. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place and my doctor. I've recommended it to my husband and friends, we've all had similar experiences. I can't help but wonder if some of these reviews are confusing this clinic with another local clinic? There is a local clinic with the name of the street this clinic is on, I was a patient there before fvh opened and the service from both staff and dr was horrible. FVH also takes the time to reach out to their patients for feedback on suggested improvements. I feel valued and appreciated here. FVH is AMAZING, best doctor and clinic I've ever had.
