  • Traveled all the way to the other side of the world to see what the hype was all about. I'm sorry to say but CREAM disappointed me. I met the franchise owner Kristin and she was wonderful. Now let's talk about the ice cream sandwich. I ordered a velvet cookie, cookies and cream ice cream and a white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookie. Everything looked delicious until I took the first bite and the cookies were hard and not chewy. I was in total shock! I was comparing this ice cream sandwich to Baked Bears ice cream sandwich and there was no competition. If the cookies aren't chewy and soft then it isn't going to work. That's just my humble opinion. I'll try it out again though..
