My 6 year old Dyson was returned like new, amazing service. It works like the day I bought it. My husband was less than pleased with the customer service he received when he picked it up today though. As he walked in and stated he was there to pick up a vacuum he dropped off Saturday, the gentleman behind the counter exclaimed, Well I hope you have some ID! My husband described the man as a "total Cunt" and said despite the amazing repair, he'll never return strictly because of the customer service. I asked if it was the same guy he'd dropped it off with on Saturday, he said it wasn't, but felt the experience was bad enough to discount all of the good customer service he'd already received. I hope the owners consider this review and provide some staff training. You have someone running the store front ruining all the other good work you do.
