I don't normally write negative reviews, but thebay.com horrible customer service made me do that. I wanted to buy Philips epilator first in store, but apparently they didn't have it in there, only online. So, I ordered online and after receiving my order decided to price match with Walmart. The difference was $20 and the item was completely the same. The customer service lady was very slow and rude. I had to repeat the Web ID 4 times and she still couldn't get it. Then it took her another 15 min to check the item only to tell me that it's not the same despite all the clear evidence that it was identical product. She also refused to connect me with the manager. I had to drop the call as it was unbearable to speak with her at all. I called and spoke with another representative and again it took me 40 minutes for them to finally understand that the product I want to match is identical. Such a shame for what I thought was one of the most reputable companies in Canada!
