  • We went into Ashley's (on Ray Road) just to kind of see what we were looking for. The sales woman, Shelby, was so nice and patient. We had a lot of questions about the mattresses and how they would fit our needs. She described each mattress we tried and even brought pillows for us to try them out. The sales manager on duty also came over and explained the major differences between our top choices. We ended up taking the series 14 (which seriously feels amazing!) and two pillows. The sales manager also gave us amazing discounts! The next day Shelby even called us to thank us for coming in and to call her if we had any questions about our purchase. Overall, we were so satisfied with the experience. Shelby and the sales manager made us feel important and confident in our choice. I am definitely going back whenever I need another pirece of furniture and will recommend to whoever is looking for furniture/mattresses!!
