  • Customer Service was great. The van I rented seated 9 to 11 people. The van they rented me and my friends was unsafe. The van needed brakes and shocks. I became car sick, because the van was so uncomfortable. I will NEVER rent from them again. I recommend they upgrade their vans. Going forward I will make sure the van is updated and safe. Katrina
