  • This bank is BAD!!!!! Please look at 3 total reviews and two of them are 1 star!!! The tellers are rude and the management team is awful!! I have closed my accounts, and I WILL NOT be banking with Bank of America EVER AGAIN! Also, I got on Better Business Bureau, and this is an exact quote from BBB. "BBB has determined this business receives a high volume of complaints. Therefore, BBB is publishing 10 percent of complaints which is a representative sample of complaints" Seems about right.
