  • This place is awful. Let me explain... I found the used truck of my dreams. I was so happy. It had way more options than I expected, lower miles, the right color and price. The salesman was very nice. And we didn't even mind that we waited ALL DAY to talk to the finance officer since they were busy. I asked the finance guy if I could transfer my plate from my trade in to my truck and he assured me we could. I asked 3 times, just to make sure. Then the trouble started. I had the truck 1 day and white smoke was coming out of the exhaust. The next morning there was oil on my driveway under the truck. They took it back and said they'd take care of it. They didn't even bother calling us to let us know when they were finished. Took the truck home and 1 hour later a NEW OIL SPOT on the driveway. Took the truck back again and they said they'd take care of it. Again, they didn't even call when they were finished. I will say that they did put us in a rental vehicle, but it was in no way comparable to what I had purchased. It's clear they don't actually do their "multi-point inspection" because the problem could have been avoided if they had. Then today I received my registration in the mail with a NEW LICENSE PLATE. Keep in mind they ASSURED ME I could transfer my old one. I've had that old plate for the last 3 vehicles and the fact that my request was IGNORED on top of the other problems leaves me unsatisfied with this dealer. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE but here. I will continue to make them honor the warranty I received but so far it has been such a headache. If you do go to this dealer for service keep an eye on your vehicles and don't allow anything to be overlooked.
