  • Jessica, Janelle and Nathan are amazing. I had a bike accident and had to have surgery on my elbow, and went to Mindful Motion for physic therapy for approx. 8 weeks. (then I had to switch insurance and had to go elsewhere) Jess and Janelle creatively personalized my physic and were so thoughtful and personable that it was always a pleasure to be there. (which is definitely unusual for PT) I made excellent progress while I was there - they kept me motivated about regaining my full range of motion. Nathan is super organized and super detailed. He made the scheduling process really easy for me and was extremely helpful in finding me a state-of-the-art arm splint. That splint changed my life - It's helped me so much with my recovery. I really cannot say enough about Mindful Motion. I really wish I could have stayed with them.
