  • I wish I could give them 0 stars. Customer service is AWFUL. I came in to buy some indoor soccer shoes here and when I was done I sent the girls on my team down to buy some as well. They were able to get the SAME SHOES for less money. I went back the next day to get my adjustment and was given a false story about why they got a discount by a female employee and was told I could not have the same price. After I called her bluff and told her it was 2 MALE associates that handled my FEMALE teammates she did not have anything else to say. So if you want good prices here...start to flirt ladies because this is how this place operates. Absolutely distasteful. I will NEVER shop at ANY OTHER Sports Chalets EVER AGAIN.
