  • I gave one star because they showed up on time. They totally took advantage of a woman at home taking care of the fixings of the appliances. They charged me 70 dollars to put back my Viking stove top grill that I had taken apart to clean and I forgot what part went where. To put sprey in my refrigerator they charged me 89.00 to take a look at my washing machine they charged me 69.00 to look for 2 seconds at my dishwasher because my top rack keeped coming out charged me 69.00. Total bill for nothing was 261.90. I had my 2 year old screaming and was alone so I didn't want to complain. My husband when he got home called and said that the charges were grevience and absurd for the work that was done. Do not trust these people, they will rip you off!!!
