No warp drive engines here! No transporters either.
This place is the worst. So slow. Allow an extra hour to rent from here. Who has an extra hour? Lines at the counter downstairs and then you go up to the location upstairs to get your car and surprise surprise. More lines with 20 people waiting for a car.
What is the hold up, you might ask?
Well, it's their business model. Who is the CEO of Enterprise and why does he think it is a good idea to have an employee go with you to the car to offer you upgrades you don't need and to hope you miss damage on the car they are giving you? Oh, right cause although it is a slow as heck process that no other rental car company puts you through, it must make them money.
So, an employee asks you to look around the car. Be ware, this is a legal process. Make sure you note all scratches and rings and especially look at scratches on wheels and sings on windshield. Those things are expensive. And they want you to miss them so you pay for the previous condition of car. Another words, if you return the car with damage you did not make employees mark down, you will be charged for the damage.
I found that although I asked the employee to indicate damage she conveniently did not mark it on her iPad. Hum, I wonder why she would be so careless? I asked her to see the iPad three times after noting items and all three times they were not Noted.
What a scam.
My time is more valuable than to waste playing games with Enterprise.
There are plenty of great rental car companies.
I won't be renting from Enterprise any more.
If you decide to, give yourself some extra time to play the legal game and good luck.
Be aware of what you could be setting yourself up for.
