I recently purchased 4 items from this store totaling well over $600, which included a distressed pair of jeans, a simple sheath dress, a skirt, and a maxi sundress. I had planned to wear the maxi on a trip to Hawaii, but found other items I liked better and noticed a flaw in the dress. Upon an attempt to return, I was told that even though I had the receipt, had never worn the item, and tags still on that I had missed their return by date. Being a loyal customer I understood that they would likely not refund me, but thought at the very least they'd offer up a store credit or exchange like so many other places I shop.... Nope! There wasn't even an attempt of a "let me see" or even an "I'm sorry". Instead the response was simply "No, we cannot do anything for you. Enjoy your dress". Poor customer service and I will no longer purchase anything or refer others to WHBM.
