I stopped by today planning to purchase a new truck. I've had great luck with Middleton Ford in the past and was thinking that would continue today. After having many sales people walk past me without saying a word, I went to the reception desk to ask for a sales person. About 10 minutes later I met Eric who was loud and full of the typical "sales" lingo. It amazes me how a sales associate can spend so much time talking and so little time listening. I quickly realized it was time to look for a new dealership.
