  • DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY! CHOOSE any other property that is not linked with this company!!!! They have NO customer service, their receptionist is extremely rude and refuses to do her job and pass you to who you requested and then hang up on you. They lost $40,000 worth of my rent checks that they made me pay them upon signing the rental contract and came to my office and handed a late rent payment to my employees, all i knew was i had given all the checks over to them. they even sent the bailiff and eventually came to speak to us after we called in to complain; we spoke with ethan bone who was extremely rude and didn't help in the slightest. Edwin the manager pressured us to give over new checks with the promise of giving us a police report stating that they had indeed lost the original checks and promised to complete work within the unit that we had been asking to be done for weeks . they also promised to reduce the next months rent for the harrassment and stress they put us through and the bad look they gave to our employees. however they never did anything they promised and now they are harrassing us for this months rent. anthony lisanti is the [president and no of them will allow me to talk to any other managers or anthony himself who doesnt answer his phone A TERRIBLE COMPANY
