  • After walking in and finding (3) pair of 7/16" plugs I wanted to purchase ($120.00 plus tax), I asked an employee if someone could come open the case so I could get my selections. -"Someone will be right over" Five minutes later, my wife reminds me that still no one has been right over. I go to the register and ask for help again. -"Oh, yeah..hang on" I go back to the same spot near the jewelry. Now we are the only people anywhere near the jewelry, and me being a 6' tall man, with a 6" tall mohawk and skin like the lead character in Powder, I'm an easy find. Still no one. Oh wait, here comes a male employee walking over. Nope walked right past me to chat up the girls that just walked in with some +2s. 15 minutes has now passed in the store. We decided to keep our $120.00+ and go elsewhere. Before leaving I pulled aside the person I'd call a greeter and let them know we had been there for 1/4 of an hour, asked for help twice and never received it. Her reply, and I'm not kidding "Ok". At this point I asked her to inform the manager he/she has the best customer service staff in the Western United States. She didn't pick up on the sarcasm, or maybe she was confused by Western United States. The poor girl probably Googled it. In summation, if you want service here, have expensive boobs, or wear a bedazzled shirt.
