  • The hallways reek of smoke, the non-smoking rooms reek of something indescribable (a friend was lucky enough to get one), the carpets are disgusting, we made reservations in August for a non-smoking, non-pet room and got both a smoking and pet one which reeked of both. The carpets were disgusting! I feel like I picked up some parasites there!! Absolutely disgusting...never again!! Asked the manager this morning if we could get our original non-smoking room that we were told we had back in August...none available.
