  • East Court Ford is one of the best dealerships, not only in the GTA but in the province - and yes this testament will include my dealership experiences scattered all across Ontario. I'm a person who grew up around cars, having an auto mechanic for a father who retired after 35 years. So I know how to take care of a car. After 15 years of driving my current vehicle (among others), my fiancee and I decided to go car shopping. We wanted a Lincoln and so we drove to different Lincoln dealerships from St. Catharines to Lindsay. We eventually ended up buying a CPO in relatively good condition at another Ford-Lincoln dealership located 200 km away from the city. Long story short, I was met with a few safety issues (which I have removed as they are now resolved through the partnership of both dealerships). So I took my car to East Court which is local to me where I was met with Aisha & Peter in the service dept. I couldn't believe the difference in service here. Not only was Peter patient with me while having to make phone calls to the other dealership, he helped me fix my safety issues and as an added bonus got me a few inexpensive accessories at no charge - just to make my buying experience better - even though I didn't purchase it at this dealership. While my car was here for 2 days, he'd call me and give me updates each day which I greatly appreciated. Rentals were covered in my warranty and you can tell he genuinely wanted to make my experience with Ford-Lincoln as great of an experience as possible because he cares about the brand. Peter, Aisha and the staff here know how to treat customers and they are definitely a class above any other Ford-Lincoln dealership in the province. Others dealerships should take a page from East-Court's service, I'm definitely buying, servicing and maintaining my future vehicles strictly from here. Thank you guys for such an awesome experience, you definitely got a loyal customer out of me.
