  • Heartbreakingly disappointing :( they just sent my brother away with referrals and no help, no answers no nothing, I'm sick over it. We did not get the attention, the answers and the care that some others describe in their reviews. We left confused, with no answers, no help, nothing. Is there a doctor that cares out there? We've been to 14 doctor appointments and he has seizures and nobody can tell us why and nobody gives him medication or anything they just pass the buck and give us a referral to someone else! Who else can help us besides a neurologist? They don't even give me the referral so I can see it, they tell us to wait for the new dr to call us, it's a physical therapist for balance issues WTF - very disheartening and scary for me and my brother. A terrible reflection on his craft and the healthcare system as a whole, back to square one which is very harmful for my brothers health.
