  • 116-128 innsbrook way, chico, ca. country villa apartments and everett apartments they collect the rent. the worst place to live. dirty place. management don't care about keeping the place nice and clean. these apartments do not have insulation. in the winter need spent a lot of money on pg&e trying to keep warm the apartment. . the same thing in the summer it spends a lot of electricity in air conditioning because they are not equipped apartments to maintain a favorable environment. the laundry room is durty all the time. trash everywhere. the worst part is that every year you have to be sign a contract. do not matter if you have 2 or more years living in this place ( every year -renewal contract rent go up). very unpleasant place to live! before you rent here please do some research about this place. ask the people who have lived at country villa apartments. ask how they like it. the neighborhood is not favorable. people smokes and if you open your window you get all the odor :(( do your research before your rent at country villa aparments. you will find the anwers. the place may seem nice the reality of living is different. please read all the reviews in yelp and google reviews.
