  • My husband purchased a Honda CRV on Sept 19. BRIAN ALEXANDER was knowledgeable, professional yet friendly. The process was easy and he was able to negotiate a fair price. My husband is very happy. Then....on Sept 22, I decided i wanted a new car. Brian wasn't available, so RON CROSS helped me. Ron was just as knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Ron was also very patient and made sure I understood what the CRZ was all about. The process once again went just as smoothly as the first. Thank you Honda for having such great members on your team and that care about customer service. Brian and Ron deserve recognition for an outstanding job and making the process so easy.
