  • If you like to have a broken concrete driveway flags a month after you move in. Bonterra builders Adelaide estates is the builder for you. They blamed it in the cold weather. It's not covered no matter what caused the issue. I have an 8' crack in my driveway that is not covered according to them. It's hard to believe a month after I moved in the concrete was broken. I also had another portion of the driveway that was repaired before I moved in. That has now broken again. That's not covered either. The sidewalk flags were replaced now the grass is dead around the flags that were replaced. The flag next to the ones that were fixed is now broken as well. This is not covered either. If you look at the neighborhood look at the concrete work. You can see there are broken sidewalks and driveway flags all over the neighborhood. The best part is I had to track the customer care manager down for a response. If I could move I would definitely look at another builder in the future. This place is no home sweet home.
