  • The absolute best introduction I could've ever wished for into the whole new amazing lifestyle. My husband enjoys cross fit type of work outs but I have always been intimidated of it so while he was deployed I ventured into the world alone hoping to enjoy it enough that we could do it together upon his return. I was gonna check out two places and Rush just happened to be closer to my home. Thank God it was! AJ, Nicole and crew were SO nice and understanding and really seemed to care if I showed up or not. Everyone, staff and members alike, were all very welcoming and encouraging and I felt wonderful. AJ is very knowledgeable, genuine, and funny and really watched me on form...always saying mechanics/technique first. When I first showed up I was like, this is the type of body I want and AJ was like we will make you the best you ever, but if you are just looking for a specific look and outside changes we aren't the place for you...he wasn't trying to sell me a product this place is really trying to change your life. I know it did mine. Being a novice was scary but the Rush Club family made me feel at home and my body saw changes very quickly. Too bad I had to move out of state or I would be there everyday. I love the variety of the workouts. I miss it and them already. If you are looking for a complete change in your body and mind in a friendly and all welcoming environment this is the place!
