Microagression? I'm not sure. I do know I was clearly next in line when a plethora of other cars showed up. They walked past me in the little red Prius to help others. I was the only Black customer at the time. The others were White. I don't know their motivations. I do know how I felt Sigh. Then when I addressed it with the service manager, he didn't seem to care. So, on to a training director in earshot of the rest of the lobby got the full narrative and my obvious frustration. I'm tired. The small slights add up.
