  • My complaint is more with American Home Shield than with Just Plumbing Services. I called AHS to make sure the septic lift pump was covered by my home warranty, they assured me that it was. Damon came out this morning to take a look at it, said he would have to call the AHS authorization department, but would have to charge me $135 in addition to the $75.00 fee that normally accompanies any AHS service call to gain access to the pump. I just received a call from AHS authorization who told me the pump was not covered after all. Big surprise!!!!
