  • Not sure why so many people complain about the staff.. I LOVE coming here. The staff is so personable. Remembers your name, your order, and any conversations you had previously. I am in the service industry and this is so important to keep customers coming back. Yes they are loud, but they make it a fun environment. On weekends of course there will be a bit of a wait. During the week never a wait, put my order in and get my bagel right away. The staff and yummy bagels is what keeps me around.
