This restaurant would be better if it worked out its kinks. For example, if they had a menu that represented what they actually had, that would be great.
The server didn't seem to know what beer they had and they didn't have anything on tap. And then he tried to convince me that the Sierra Nevada was a Hefeweizen while it was actually a Pale Ale. And I wouldn't have minded normally, but I really dislike Sierra Nevada... :(
We ordered the tiger prawns with chili mayo appetizer. The presentation was pretty creative. They skewered 3 deep fried prawns and stuck it on a large watermelon wedge. The flavour was actually just okay... I've had better.. and only 3 prawns???? :-S
The Chicken and Waffles though were quite filling and tasty. I prefer more maple syrup, but they were happy to bring it. And the portions are huge. Definitely share a dish!
When the bill came, there were several discrepancies between the menu prices for the beers and the bill prices. So what could have and should have been a 3 or 4 star, is now actually 2 stars.
I may give it another chance though next time I'm in Vegas.
