rev:text	This makes me sad to write this after the high review I gave Clinton Martin {PA} After a year Clinton Martin got in touch with me through YELP. I have not seen him for a year. He got in touch with me to let me know about his new office in North Las Vegas. My husband and I went there and he provided service. I wanted to pay my co~pay but he said it was not necessary. Later on I get a bill my insurance said I did not have to pay it because they did not have a referral from my PCP. So the receptionist EVELYN called me and wanted me to get a back dated referral for that time. No that is not how it works. He gave me a referral for 2 months after the visit. EVELYN said can you ask your PCP to do it for the month we saw you. I did and PCP explained why they could not basically it would be a lie. I never had a HMO plan I was still learning how it works at that time. EVELYN and the office Dr.Martin get pissed off and decided that they no longer take my insurance. She said my insurance does not pay. I called my insurance, they called the office basically telling NASTY EVELYN you are in network. You will have to eat that bill because she did not have a referral through no fault of her own. The insurance company said that EVELYN was going to call me so I could make an appointment. She never did. Once you start doing Shady things ie: want me to lie to my PCP or the insurance company so I can fix Your mistake. NO!! You get a nasty attitude with me there is No way I will go back because you set the nasty tone at the end which makes it impossible to go back. It would be uncomfortable.
