  • Iam Yoga is a newly opened yoga studio that is convenietly located at the concourse level of Metro Hall. It is a welcoming addition as there are a lack of yoga studios in the area. This is their second location with the first one also in downtown Toronto. If coming from the TTC, particularly St. Andrew station, there is no need to walk outside as it is connected to the PATH. The space is bright and modern with clean washrooms, and a changing area where toiletries are provided. There are two studios, which allows them to offer a nice variety of classes. During the yoga class, the instructor would walk around to check if you are doing the poses correctly. The way they explain each pose is detailed but easy to understand for beginners. Nearing the end of the class, the room started to smell sweaty and stuffy so I wish there was more air circulation. Overall, I would visit this yoga studio again as I had a great experience and love their convenient location!
