| - DO NOT use Express Flooring!!! When you start out they are very helpful and you feel like everything is going to be good, their prices are comparable for someone who will do a better job, they promised to have it done in 3 days and it took them more than 30 days to do my floors.
First off, they came in and didn't level my floors and did a horrible job laying the vinyl flooring that they had to completely pull up over 1000 sq ft and in this process they had to take off my newly painted baseboards. Then they laid the vinyl down for the second time which looked a little better but left great big gaps around my door jams and tried to fill it in with big glops of caulking. So, they came out a third time and replaced around all door jams and because they ruined my newly painted baseboards, they had to put in all new baseboards. It took me three weeks to clean off the baseboards and vinyl floors where they left all the glue from laying the vinyl. They made several bad cuts around my door jams, they promised to caulk all baseboards and repaint - here we are 3 months later and baseboards are still not done and I have not received any phone calls regarding this. Now I have to hire and pay a painting company to repaint my baseboards and touch up the walls that Express Flooring damaged. During this whole process, they very rarely answered my phone call or responded to my voicemails. The crew used my dish towels, my broom, and my vacuum. I paid $9200 for 3 months of headache, cleaning up after them, missing work, and moving into my new house was delayed a whole month. No one was apologetic, the only staff member who was helpful was Devin. Since this horrible experience, I have talked to several other people who used Express Flooring that have had similar instances happen to them.
