  • Let me start by saying the service and hospitality was great. But the food was much less than I would expect from a restaurant with this current 4 star ranking. Kare Kare had too much peanut butter. . Way more than I ever tasted in this dish. Also the tripe and oxtail wasn't boiled enough and was very tough to chew. and the Thelma's Special was not as appealing as the pictures and a little on the dry side. We also had some fresh vegetable lumpia which were pretty good.
