  • Over priced. Nothing made in America. Made in China. Poor quality clothes for dolls and nothing a little girl would actually wear that matches her doll. We had very high expectations and were really let down. Clothes that looked like they were from Target selling at $52. I expected a very boutique feel and it was crowded and poorly laid out. Obviously to get you to walk through the store. Register to pay is in the back of the store. No ear piercings for your child here just the doll. The only location that does both is in Chicago. There's no where in the mall to pierce your child's ear either. We ended up leaving to go to Arrowhead mall for Claire's. The wait for salon appointments is very long as well. There's only 2 salon workers on the weekdays and 4 on the weekend. Again to keep you in the store to shop. We ended up leaving and decided to shop on Craigslist. Never going back.
