  • As a devoted Sephora customer, I can say with certainty that this is among the worst locations in the GTA. Trying to find help here is virtually impossible. Sales associates will walk right past as if I'm invisible, and trying to gesture to an employee to indicate that I actually need assistance usually results in a dismissive wave of their hand. I've actually been shoved by an associate while at this location without as much as an apology or acknowledgement of my existence. Also, good luck trying to be matched via their Colour IQ service. I stood there alone for roughly 10 minutes today waiting for someone to assist me and trying to ask for help before giving up and walking away. Absurd. I understand that these women are most likely understaffed and overworked, but it is absolutely ridiculous that I've experienced piss poor customer service AT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION time and time again. Yorkdale, the Eaton Centre, and the Bloor West locations are all fantastic (Yorkdale in particular!) and I will never step foot in the Square One Sephora again, despite the convenience.
