  • I was hosting a baby shower and ordered food from Roberts. Every time I called I felt rushed off the phone like they could care less if they had my business. Customer service is poor. So I am setting up for the party and notice MOLD yes MOLD on the fruit and cheese platter. Then I notice that I only have half my order of grape leaves. I called them and Wendy walks into the party with a replacement platter. By that time my guests knew there was an issue with the food. How Embarrassing! I agree with a past post that they are a bit rude at times too. They may be known for their cakes but I would steer clear from the catering. NEVER AGAIN
