  • Website states: "*Please note that for hygienic reasons we don't bring our own vacuum and mop." When arranging the appointment email stated: " I hope you have a good vacuum/broom or swiffer, mop, toilet brush, and a roll of paper towel and some rags. We will bring our eco-friendly cleaning supplies." I am disappointed by these inconsistencies. A broom, toilet brush, paper towel, and rags, are a significantly amount of cleaning supplies needed and to be paid for by the customer and not mentioned on the website.
