  • This place is a joke, 1800 dollars a month for horrible service. We made a call about our ceiling slowing turning black above our shower, and we told them we had possible mold growth. Since mold grows in warm moist areas and it is extremely dangerous to health we thought it was important. Instead of taking the proper precautions they painted over the ceiling and said everything was better. Over the next few month we continued to see water dripping from the floor above us. And on the 30th of may it looked like Niagera falls was coming through our ceiling. It is now the 11th of June and all we have is a huge hole above our shower. When we went to talk to management they were rude. Tried to tell us we don't know what we are talking about and then stoped talking in general. We have a newborn baby and we pay 1800 dollars a month and you want to give us the cold shoulder because you didn't do your job correctly when it was brought to your attention. For any one looking to rent here since mark Taylor sold them the property it's a complete disaster. Save your money and go stay in sleep and stay you will have a better experience
