  • DO NOT COME HERE!!! (Sigh) I don't even know where to start, this is going to be long. Autonation was by far the worst! Experience! My husband and I went to go get a pathfinder, we drove the car it was nice, we wanted it, filled out the paper work and the sales guy told us "oh by the way, this car is on recall so you won't be able to get your car today" asked how long and he said about a week, no later than two, I asked if we can get a rental in the meantime, they said yes, after two weeks they called us saying the part was in, my husband took the day off so we can pick up the car, as soon as we got in the rental to go pick up the car, they called us saying "it was the wrong part" after back and forward phone calls we finally got our car 2MONTHS LATER!!! The very first day we signed the lease my husband wrote a check for $1500 they said the check is not going through, gave the check back to my husband and he wrote another one, it went through, 21 days later we cancelled the check since we didn't even have the car in our possession, they cancelled it, but the first check that didn't go through the first time WENT THROUGH! Kidding me! So since we didn't have the car we asked them to give us the money back, they didn't want to, we called our bank and filed fraud, we had the check that they took out with us! So they didn't have proof of that check that was given, the bank asked them to give them the money back so they did, ok signed another lease when we got our car, from the very beginning we negotiated that we were gonna get 3 free oil changes, a few months later we called to get our car serviced and come to find out they didn't give us that, so the lady had to talk to the manager, he said give us 2, and she told me "we'll give you 2 free services, unfortunately we'll have to pay for them" ummmmm?? Also, DELILAH, the first day she had, of course, good customer services, in the midst of everything happening TO US, she gave us really bad customer services, she wasn't nice, rolled her eyes, and was just completely rude, There's more! But this is long enough, DO NOT GO HERE!
