rev:text	I've used Liberty for years and never had a problem with them. However, last week I went to buy a large safe and waited for several minutes for help. Finely a woman came over and showed me two safes. She spent all of two minutes with me and said she had to go. After waiting for a while longer for her to come back, I left and went to buy a safe from one of their competitors. I'll give the place anther try when I need a key or something simple but if that doesn't work out I'll go to somewhere else.
