  • Our home warranty company sent Pruitt's out to fix a leak. They arrived hours after my husband called to assess the situation. Apparently our warranty only covers up to $500 in repairs and this was a pricey one! So, we did what anyone would do and got quotes from a couple other companies to make sure we weren't getting "ripped off by a warranty referred company." They came in $500 less than everyone else plus we got to take $500 off with the warranty so obviously that wasn't the case. They were back two days later and completely resolved our issues! I will use them again!
